Upfront daytime diagnostic inspection fee for electrical, plumbing, geyser, backup power or related service checks within standard service areas.

Night-time / after-hours emergency diagnostic inspection fee. Additional travel or site-specific charges may apply where required.
We do not charge simply for arriving — this fee is for the professional service of checking, testing and diagnosing the issue before repair work or project scope is confirmed.
Payment confirmation for the applicable diagnostic inspection fee is required before dispatch.
Terms & Conditions
- Diagnostic inspection fees cover attendance, inspection, testing and initial diagnostics only.
- No repair work, parts, materials or additional labour are included unless separately quoted and approved.
- Once the issue has been identified, any quoted repair amount and/or required materials must be paid upfront before work begins.
- Work will commence once payment has reflected successfully or has been confirmed through an approved payment method.
- Outside standard service areas may incur additional travel or petrol charges payable on site or before dispatch.
- Payment of the selected diagnostic inspection fee is required before dispatch.
- Arrival times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, emergency work or prior bookings.
